Well I just got off the phone with Robert since George wasnt in the office and he said that the lines always go off the board at the scheduled time. Only exceptions might be the Super Bowl or something like that if there was an obvious delay.

I still am not sure that the line was there after 8pm actually. nba.com says an 8pm starting time.  But it doesnt matter, scheduled starting time was either 8pm or 8:05pm. ANY PICK AFTER THAT TIME IS A LOSER
