The committee is a fucking joke full of retards, obviously. This is the only year in the history of college football that FSU wouldn't be ranked #1. FSU has just as many wins vs power conference winning teams as any team in the country, their conference just went 4-0 against the mighty SEC, and yet if they lose to GT they're un-disputedly out despite having the same amount of losses as every other team in the conversation. It's a fucking joke, that's all there is to it.

I'm a golfer so I only workout once every week or two from April-September cause my free time is spent on the course, but October-March I workout 5-6 times a week. Chest/Tris/Abs two days, Back/Bi's/Shoulders two days, legs one day, and cardio one day or with legs. If I'm dragging I'll have a small cup of coffee or a couple ounces of pop to get me a caffeine boost beforehand, and then just whey protein after. Don't eat a lot after 7pm, especially carbs, and if you know how to legitimately push yourself during workouts you'll see a difference. They say the endorphins released from a workout are similar to the ones from a gambling rush, so I try and get my workout in from like 5-6pm or early afternoon to keep myself from going crazy on dumb college hoops games.

The Cards are going to plummet in the 2nd half of the season. I never thought Carson Palmer was anything special, but Stanton is in over his head. Michigan State produces functional QB's, but it doesn't produce great ones. Stanton, Cousins, and Hoyer have all looked in over their heads this year.
