great point and attitude everyone has stuff they're cheap with and stuff they don't mind paying for... i get a new car every 2 years but if i have to pay $10 for parking it drives me apeshit... some people feel the same way about scratchoffs, they'll bet $500 on a game but never pay $10 for a scratcher

my biggest swing was 40k on the first tyson/holyfield fight... back when i was broke and stupid. was dumb and naive enough to think vipsports would pay me 40k without a hitch, and they did that was on sporting events though. my biggest risk swing was when i didn't buy a penthouse on auction on lake delton (wisconsin dells). listed at $1.1 million, 4000 sq ft, fully furnished, private beach/indoor pool/hot tub... one went for 420k, the other 400k and i almost bought it. well wouldn't you know less than 2 years later one sold for 750k and the other is still being rented for $1100/day in the summer... i will never stop kicking myself for not buying that, and for not buying property in florida/az/vegas when it was being given away 5 years ago

there could be, but in wisconsin i think there are similar amounts of "smaller" winners in each bundle... the only 2 ways to play scratchers at +ev is 1) to check the state website and see how many big prizes are left in each game. there are times with hardly any tickets left anywhere and a big prize or two still left. 2) steal the tickets
