the only good thing about kwik trip sandwiches is you can pile a shitload of jalapenos and tomatoes on them. then it pretty much tastes like a jalapeno and tomato sandwich, which is pretty good lol

from about feb 1st through april 15th i used to work about 110 hrs/week after that i would only work 10-20 hrs/week you're right there's always something to do, but i worked more hours in those couple months than the rest of the year combined... a lot of these liberty tax/h&r block places in strip malls just totally close after april -

good point we always went out to sunday dinners, which was stupid because i ate and drank too much and made monday mornings even worse i also hated christmas/new years for 25 years because tax season was right after, and the weather sucked too -

a year ago in golden, places had a scratch card where you'd get a discount % at restaurants/gift shops my son cheated and held them up to the light to see the best one, so i think we got 20% off everywhere and even a $10 win lol

yeah as you said, it's gonna be interesting the "present" includes wins in the last 5 years in the duke's mayo bowl, las vegas bowl, and guaranteed rate bowl not exactly the stuff of legends the michigan/penn st/ohio st side of the big 10 has won ALL 9 championship games since the divisions changed, which is why i say wisconsin and iowa have been REALLY lucky with their schedules

where do you think iowa and wisconsin finish next year in the new big 10? they play each other, and wisconsin has alabama, penn st, usc, and oregon… finding it hard to believe wisconsin can win more than 1 or 2 of those at best
