This is the big week with putins innaugerration and victory day celebrations, ukraine is certain to try for the kerch bridge or the event itself. So later this week when they fire 50 cruise missiles at the bridge and poke a small hole in it they'll jump around like they won the war.

Several people here have asked what a good estimate of russian casualties is - here's one estimate. the interesting finding is that russian losses are now lower than at any time, deaths in the range of 20/day. IMO the estimate of 52000 since the war started is low but possible.

I like her and think she's a fine gov for a state like south dakota - which is where she should stay. Nope, I'd have to go into canada to get there - or go by boat, I've been to international falls once a long time ago, there was a large paper mill in the middle of town and the smell was horrible.
