When it comes to Jambalaya both can be correct depending on where u are. Talking to pure Creole people in New Orleans u can say JAMbalaya and be fine. But here in Cajun Country its always JUMbalaya As far as the street goes a whole lotta people around here say it that way lol even though its certainly not proper they don't give a damn, too country to care.

Blackened redfish is one of my favs there! Even though I often walk in thinking ill get something else tonight I still end up getting it anyway lol

They are almost forced into this kind if move offensively. Many people think Winston is playing poorly but if you really watch Saints games its not exactly true. Our WR core has been pretty damn bad so far this season and really haven't had any consistency what so ever. When guys can't get open consistently then u have to make some tough choices, Winston has played fairly well so far and protected the ball better than he has in the past. But even with the return of M. Thomas looming the Saints offense has a better chance to win on the ground than they do in the air unless guys like Trequan Smith steps up etc and well that seems like a bit of a longer shot. Along with the Solid play from the defense it gives us a fair shot to put up some more W's and hopefully stay in the playoff hunt.

I pop in here most every time I am in the area as well. I seldom get Gumbo there but over all a solid spot, great sunday brunch too
