    when i got up to 230 lbs i had to move up a shirt size and since i only planned on being fat for a few months i just went to k-mart and bought 10 t-shirts at $7 each then i couldnt stop drinking so i never lost weight ive been wearing kmart "everyday" tee's for 2 years but recently ive gone 55 days sober and lost 13 lbs so i can start fitting into my old clothes. feels good
