Nice. I lived on Boulder Creek St off of Richmar. Along with other previous apartments in that town. Lived next door to the Continental before Terrible's built their casino. Sportsbook was upstairs run by Leroy's as i'm sure you remember. Used to see Kaspars Kambala betting on sports up there when he was playing for UNLV. The Bond Aire Club was another place we hung out at. Tore down now but it was kind of behind the MGM next to that trailer park which is also gone. Depressing dive bar, but the drinks were dirt cheap.

Been 10 years since I moved away. There wasn't shit around the BLVD at that time. South Point was being talked about but construction hadn't started yet.

I lived down the street from it for a year when I lived out there. Spent many, many, many nights there boozing it up. Always enjoyed the food.
