    That really started after 9-11 when gas was outrageous. There were driveoffs everywhere. Now people realize the convienence of it and never step in the store.

    The other pitfall you have to watch is hoping the store employee is honest. There's a reason they count those packs of cigarettes.

    Yes, they make 8-10 cents /gallon of gas. Lottery is about 3-5 %, but they do get a percentage of the winnings sold from the store, varies from state to state. Smokes are very low profit item also, and they don't get credit for stale either. The store has to have high volume on gas, and hopefully they go inside and not pay at the pump.

    Colorado Springs doesn't have beaches, I need beaches. The problem with California is it's too damn expensive to move there.

    They are in the position the Cubs were in 4 years ago. Won't call up any kids because you don't want to start the service time clock. Sucks for the fans but it had to be done. Detroit is going to wish they did this also.
