    Duplin Carolina red, I told the guy I wanted to spend $500 to fill my wifes wine fridge (8 bottles) he added this $20 bottle and she liked it better than the more expensive bottles

    And take your pork off at 150 internal temp, wrap in foil and let it rest for 20 mins. You will love it ;)

    You can do 48 but it won't make a big difference. Try injecting the meat with flavors you like, works better especially on the pork

    I quit buying stuff from the Amish a few years ago after a run in with them while deer hunting on my uncles property. Sux because I liked their cheeses Olives and celery seed a must for mine

    He is from Athens, played a great game against Toledo Central Catholic in the best High School game I have ever watched. Central won because they had the ball last and the Athens coach started chasing an extra point miss in the first quarter. Central coach said he was the best qb he has seen

    A friend of mine that has lived in Vegas for a year, got me a couple of rooms on the strip for a wedding on the 11th. I would like to take her to a nice place for a good meal that she hasn't been to yet. Any hidden gems or ideas would be appreciated from any of you locals Thanks
