Great Advice!! Stay away from statins especially Lipitor. Years ago my great aunt a nurse taught a lot of us family what meds to take from docs and ones to avoid. Those statins cause horrible muscle and bone pain as one of many side effects and my rental manager went from a big 260 pound woman to a 120 pound skeleton within a year on Lipitor and i begged her to change meds until she FINALLY got on Lovaza which is a pharma fish oil. As for myself they gave me Lipitor years ago and i threw it in the trash and started on a Fish Oil,Magnesium for my cholesterol To this day there are certain meds like blood pressure,diabetic,etc that are effective and fine to use the only thing is the pharma giants all hate vitamins,supplements and a lot of vitamins,supplements are huge help for many different ailments

Dealt with nearly complete blindness for weeks and this eye place was doing all kinda tests and nothing was working. They ran tests i did not have cataracts. Was given eye drops as they said my eyes were very dry and at first they thought i had blocked tear ducts. Seven days ago i saw the head guy over the entire place and he said there is one last thing a rare vitamin A deficiency that causes blindeness and i was told to take plenty of Vitamin A. I have not been taking any vitamins in a good while so i had some vitamin A at home so i started taking it and imagine my shock and surprise over the next few days as slowly the nagging cloud smudge blocking my vision started to fade away. Must be that i was deficient in vitamin A Havent been able to read,watch tv or anything for three weeks until the last couple days. So glad to have my sight back but still dealing with some blurryness but that should fade soon

I live in Memphis. Sure its got its high crime like every big city but its got a lot going for it as well. FED EX has long been headquartered here. Lots of cool places to visit here as well such as Graceland,Sun Records,Rock,Blues and Soul museum and lots of other stuff as well. Nashville has lots to offer as well right up the music highway about four hours northeast.
