Looks great. Nice for pancakes, too. Also wanted to mention I've seen a lot of people putting parchment paper down over grill top after cleaning and oiling and before covering, to help with gnats and bugs.

Thanks. It was all good. I don't normally do seafood often unless on vacation. I really need to get back in the kitchen more now. I had some problems recently and haven't felt up to cooking much other than the typical burgers and dogs on the gas grill. I'm feeling better now and need to save some money, too, by cooking at home.

This over the prime rib any day of the week. Never been a fan of the prime rib cuts/cook. You going to get some shaved ribeye for that Blackstone and some cheesesteaks? I have a tabletop Blackstone but it rusted while I was out for surgery. Gotta get it stripped down and reseason. I bought one of these for inside on stove top but haven't used it yet. Good luck house. I don't know much. Family had a pontoon when I was young but sold pretty quickly after that. I think if you used it enough it would be worth it for the family for awhile. You could always resell if it wasn't working out.

That's the one. I ordered some of the DC sauce on Amazon and I like it a lot. Kind of a hybrid bbq and sweet and sour I guess. Reminds me of Chic Fil A's Polynesian sauce. I was just curious because of the history/debate between Chicago and DC hoods. The Mambo sauce is good though.
