    It did not take long to get our first negative post of the thread.

     

    Sad.

     

    Are you really going to lay -170 in a baseball game?

     

    If you bet one hundred(100) games at -170 and won 60% of the time you would be -$800 down.

     

    60 X +100 = +$6000

    40 X -170 = -$6800

     

    Of course I should be thankful that there are still stupid people out there laying higher than -170 in a baseball game.

     

    What time will you be back on Monday night letting everybody know what the crack of my ass tastes like?

    I understand they are paying for the domain, but they aren't even using them.

     

    Smells fishy. Pay a million bucks for a site www.tao.com and not use it?

     

    I wonder what rito would say.

    Maybe they purchased the name and want to sell it to the TAO Nightclub in the Venetian?

     

    Maybe they don't want to open a website and have Google think it is something else before it is possibly purchased by a nightclub?

     

    Are you really this dumb or are you just messing around?

    I have no way of determining the worth of a domain name, thats why I ran the name through a site that does.

     

    They say it's worth $10. Not me.

     

    I doubt you could get $25k for the m&p domain but you can believe what you want.

     

    I also highly doubt GoDaddy would ever say they can guarantee what someone will pay (in this case $25k) for a site, thats tout talk.

    GoDaddy is a corporation, they know better than to make promises like that, it sets them up for a lawsuit. No chance.

    You don't think I talked with GoDaddy about this?

     

    It's a premium domain name. That is how they said they would list it. I talked with several people over there because I was thinking about selling it at putting all my money into PayAfterYouWin.com.

     

    PS  Just so you know that same site said TGF was worth $0.00.

     

    Can you post that?

    Dave if you sell the domain now you could get $10.

     

    If you want to believe that no problem.

     

    I own MeatAndPotatoes.com and PayAfterYouWin.com domains.

     

    If you think they are only worth $10.00 each you are an idiot.

     

    The GoDaddy after market said they would list M&P for no less than 25K and GUARANTEED that I would get it.

     

    I make a lot more money than that so there is no point in selling it.

    Whats there to be proud of? All you did was keep the payments to the domain name registrar up to date.

     

    Whats a domain name go for these days, $9.99 a year?

    Eighteen(18) years of working for myself.

     

    You can't put a price on that.

     

    I live a great life and don't have a job/boss.

    I don't understand bringing family members and SO into e-fights, but whatever. Ban may be harsh, but EOG has been heavy with the ban-hammer lately. Jk hasn't banned his ghost, so I doubt he cares what was posted.

    Don't think Meaty frequents the Wynn that often anymore.

    I get started to late to go to the Wynn.

     

    You can't use the drink tickets at the bar like you can at Caesars. Once the sportsbook closes at Wynn the drink tickets are worthless.

     

    Plus there is nothing to eat at Wynn this time of night.

     

    For example right now I am headed to the Venetian to grab a couple of hamburgers at San Gennaro. You can's get stuff like that at Wynn.

  22. Serious Legal Dilemma - Defend your rights and morals or walk away?

    I am at my wits end with this issue that I have.

     

    Was driving my car with my wife and pull up alongside not your typical leather and 300 pound typical motorcyclist.

    I was on a two way side street that has space for 3 cars ( or 2 x1 1/2 lanes of width ).  A motorcyclist was stopped

    at the red light along the center of the road, leaving a huge space for my car to fit alongside and not impede on his

    safety, etc.  I thought the guy would be turning left at the upcoming corner intersection based on where he positioned

    himself on the street.  When I inched up my car alongside him and behind the car ahead of me, the guy gave me a look

    and then moved his bike ahead and punched my door and drove away.  I saw the guy a few blocks away on a main street

    again stopped at red light and took his picture and checked to see if i had damage on my car door.  I saw that i did and called

    to him that I was calling the police as he had dented my car door.  I called and reported the situation and learned later that day the  

    guy went and called the police as well to report some bullshit story.  He told the police that I made death threats to him !!

    The guy was a 6 foot+ tall biker and I half his weight and much shorter wouldn't go boo to a female biker if ever face to face.

    The guy lied and came up with this phony charge knowing that he committed a criminal act by punching my car.  

    Problem is even though i had a witness in the car the cops claim the witness is not impartial and then it's his story against mine.

    Also this idiot claimed that he was honking me on this side street as if I was up his tail and that he punched my car to save himself

    from getting hit from any "oncoming" cars.  I was 100-200 yards behind the guy and only approached him when he was parked !!!!

     

    I have damage and insurance forces me to pay a deductible because it's not an accident and not vandalism.  Go figure !! ??

    Who wants to put in a claim and give the insurance companies a reason to raise the premiums ?  

    Cops won;t press any charges on the guy 'cuz they say it's a he said vs you said situation.  

     

    Would you let the guy get away or take him to court and let the judge assess the credibility of my wife and I vs what I believe to

    be an informed law abuser and degenerate?  Is it worth the $1600 dent damage repairs and the risk that the arse could come after me

    one day and slash tires etc learning my name, etc ?

     

    Bottom line is it seems that anyone can come up with an alibi like driving their car into a motorcycle, claiming you were being forced off

    the road into pedestrians by the cyclist.  Choosing the safety of numerous pedestrians over the cyclist, one would have to choose the

    lesser of two "evils" and steamroll the motorcyclist.  

     

    I hate when hoodlums can get away with fu**ing anything they want to.  The laws are imperfect.  This guy should lose his licence and be

    put away.

     

    What would you do?  Swallow it and think about it forever with regret or spend $$ on lawyers, time etc and seek justice in small claims court?

    Can only try, no?  

    LOL.

    you know what would be great radio? Beaner and Meathead debating something.

     

    They could argue about the right side of the Texas Tech game, for example.

     

    Too bad Beaner won't call in, and I think everyone knows why that is.

    I had the right side in the Texas Tech game.

     

    The winning side is always the right side.
