I always rent when I first move to a town to get a feel for the area. I almost bought again in Birmingham after 3 years, but another opportunity came along.

Yep, I was in Birmingham for the last 4 years. Had a top notch 1400 sq ft 2/2 condo for 1150. This place was NICE, and in the nice part of town. It's nuts down south. I love it.
