When it gets to 100 degrees I’ll bring it back to 3 and a quarter 

Havin a little trouble with the roast. After I ran it at 500 degrees for 40 minutes and brought it down to 3 and a quarter and put my temp probe in. 
 

30 degrees.
 

Thing wasn’t fully thawed. I dropped my heat to 225 to let the center catch up. I just don’t know.

Just listened to most of it. Not first 10 or the last 20. Title is kinda misleading, he still has meat way out in of anything else in regards to what humans should consume.
