    So from what I’ve read, “olive oil mayo” is a joke. It’s 98% the same ol’ soybean oil in the regular stuff than they add a few drops of olive oil and put it on the label so shmucks will buy it. Do you know different? Wife says she plans to take a stab at homemade mayo.
