  1. Tue 5/1/18 Potential 5 bagger today, although we could use a scratch in race 7: Race 5 $20 win #2 She Loves Leather 12-1(M.Scherer) Race 6 $20 win #10 Wild Will 4-1(G.Foley) Race 7 $20 win #7 Bella Belle 8-1(G.Foley) $40 win #12 Savour the Moment 8-1(V.Oliver) Race 8 $20 win #7 Control Streak 3-1(G.Foley) Off to Epcot..... Record: 5 wins from 25 starters, -$220
  2. Cool. Thanks, FH. Looks like it would be good during a Viking game. I love all these owners on these shows. They know the show is coming in, yet they don’t clean the kitchen and they serve the guy frozen food. It’s like they’ve never watched any of these things.
  3. Doberman, I'm watching Vegas Restaurant Rehab and they're trying to save Blue Ox Tavern. Have you ever been? It's supposedly a Minnesota themed place, catering to Viking fans....
  4. If anyone's playing Gulf, Gotera shipped one of his winners there for race 1. Currently 26-1 with about 12 MTP. #2 Whiteheelgirl.
  5. Great footage, FH. Nothing like seeing playoff hockey in person.
  6. Sunday 4/29/18 Four days to go. Playing two: Race 3 $20 Win #3 Pretty Wild Posie 20-1 $2 exbx 3/5,7 $2 DD 3,5,7/6 Gotera has been money with new arrivals, especially those that are stretching out like this one. He’s trying everything with this one today; dirt to turf, stretchout, first lasix, new jock. Hopefully it produces some magic. Race 4 $20 Win #6 Early Deligh 12-1 When I first started going through the Tampa stats, this Ochoa guy jumped out at me. A 10% Win rate over the last two years, but HUGE ROI. So was figuring on a big price or two. It hasn’t materialized, but I might as well stick with him until the end. Good luck! 19-172, +$521
  7. Short ones are hitting, long ones ain’t. Record: 5 wins from 25 starters, -$220
  8. Arboritanza won at 3-1. The others were forgettable. 19-172, +$521
  9. Saturday 4/28/18 Three today. Hopefully stops the bleeding: Race 6 $20 Win #7 Spring Mist 10-1 $2 Ex 7/ALL $2 DD 7/5,6 $1 P3 7/5,6/1 Deaton has three different layoff angles with this one, all show great ROI. Had this horse a couple weeks ago at 8-1, so hopefully it’s still sharp, Race 7 $20 Win #6 Vive Le ROI 6-1 $2 exbx 5-6 Arboritanza has dropped off since carrying me early on. Hopefully he regains his winning ways. He sports good ROI turning back in distance and in second starts of the meet and beyond. Race 8 $20 Win #1 Walkers Landing 20-1 Ubide has been relatively quiet all meet, but shows great ROI cutting back in distance here the last two years. Good luck, folks! 18-169, +$480
  10. Saturday 4/28/18 Three bagger for Opening Day(Night) at Churchill: Churchill Race 5 $20 Win #6 Zipperini 4-1(G.Foley) Churchill Race 6 $20 Win #2 Unfading Beauty 7/2(G.Foley) Churchill Race 7 $40 Win #7 Forgotten Coast 10-1(V.Oliver) 3-22, -$282
  11. Fantastic contributions from Paddy and Odom. Jovial, not so much.....
  12. Blanked again. Continue to bleed profits. 18-169, +$480
  13. Just looked quickly through the Belmont entries. One thing jumped out. In race 6, Donk is training the 1 Discreet Image. Horse is owned by Patricia Generazio, and she historically only uses Clement and Ryerson. If Donk is getting some of her NY BREDS, it can only improve his awful winning percentage.
  14. Probably not playing Belmont until after the Derby.
  15. Will also be interesting to see who Owner Barry K Schwartz shows up with. After Hushion retired, he had a little success with Linda Rice, but the wins came mainly from one horse. Klesaris is training at least one horse for owner Roddy Valente. So if Valente sends him some more, they should have some success together. Trainer James Ferraro has been very active at Aqu, including a $40 winner last week. Seems like he’s getting the barn ready to attack. His angle was always quick wheel backs(15 days and less). Anything else pops into my head, I’ll post it.
  16. Haven’t looked at Belmont entries yet, but it’ll be interesting to see which trainers Winning Move Stable will be using. They were reeling after Galluscio died, but righted the ship with Klesaris. Then they moved away from Klesaris and went with Diodoro. Not sure if Diodoro is still in NY, so whoever picks up the slack should win. Contessa trains the rest of the stable, and he’s on like his sixth stint for them. They must be difficult to work with.
  17. I’ll most likely play a little Belmont just to stay up on any trends leading into Saratoga. One that pops into my head is Gargan at a price. He lost his main client, Midwest Thoroughbreds, so rightfully slumped early on at Aqu and Gulf. But he’s quietly heating up with his less known owners, so will try to get in on him again before the public wakes up. When he’s going good, it’s impossible to get a price on him.
