  2. Friday 4/6/18 Played one today: Race 8 $20 Win #7 Cuban Cowboy 8-1 $2 Ex 7/ALL Ubide has great ROI off the quick wheelback. I missed his $24 horse earlier in the meet using that move. Hoping he has one more left.... 16-140, +$980

  5. Friday 4/6/18 One play to start it off: Race 9 $20 Win #2 Tigers Rule 15-1(Vickie Foley) Record: 0 wins from 0 starts
  6. I've done well with this angle over the years, and tracked it for the last three meets. The results were: Keeneland Spring 2016: 8 wins/48 starts, Profit of 15 units http://forums.eog.co...light=Keeneland Keeneland Fall 2016: 7 wins/37 starts, Profit of 34 units. http://forums.eog.co...light=Keeneland Keeneland Spring 2017 10 wins/40 starts, Profits of 41 units. http://forum.thegamb...le-spring-2017/ Keeneland Fall 2018 2 wins/38 starts, Profit of $12 http://forum.thegamblingforum.com/index.php?/topic/39614-keeneland-%E2%80%9Call-in-the-family%E2%80%9D-fall-2017/ The angle is to bet WIN ONLY on any horse trained by a person with the last name of Foley, Oliver, and Scherer. The idea behind it is every year these families win a handful of races there at big prices. That leads me to believe that they are sharp, they specifically point their barns to this meet, and the race writers do them favors from time to time. It is an inexpensive way to follow a tricky meet, so figured I'd post it here if anyone wants to follow along. Unfortunately there will be races where we bet multiple entrants, but hopefully some big prices offset that. It seems each trainer takes a turn hitting bombs. I know eventually the wheels will come off this thing, but gonna ride the wave until it crashes. With the death of Richard Scherer, and the retirement of Phil Oliver, the plays were a little light last fall. So this time around, I’m increasing my bets on Vickie Oliver to $40. She’s had two awful meets in a row, and in my opinion she’s gonna have a huge meet. Good luck to all involved!
  7. Thanks, men. I’ll tally the figures tomorrow. Was overserved in Ft Myers Beach today. Weinkes, on Saturday we get our old pal LATENT REVENGE again. Maybe at the age of FIVE he’s learned how to hold a six length lead....
  8. I’ve yet to encounter a pro gambler with nice teeth.
  9. Wednesday 4/4/18 Four bagger today.... Race 3 $20 Win #7 Bright Blue 8-1 $2 exbx 7/3,4 Will keep riding the suddenly hot Gotera. Goes sprint to route, and trainer has great numbers in that scenario. Race 5 $20 Win #8 Los Arcos 25-1 $2 exbx 8/1,5,7 Horse needs a complete form turnaround, but hard to ignore Riggatieri’s numbers in Maiden Claimers. Race 6 $20 Win #7 Spring Mist 9/2 $2 exbx 7/3,5 Trainer Deaton doesn’t run too many, but excels second off the layoff. My kind of trainer; low volume with one discernible strong suit. Race 7 $20 Win #7 Fog Warning 6-1 Vinson’s another guy with hardly any horses but shows a sweet ROI here. Might get overlooked in the betting. Good luck! 14-137, +$745

Broke a step slow, never pushed for the lead, three wide around first turn. Dud.

Two scratches to her inside. Makes it a lot easier to clear field and get to the rail. All aboard. 17-1 with 2 mtp.
  13. Thanks, Sharps. And thank you to all the TGF Mods and sponsors for another great opportunity! Love it here.

Playing two Uriah horses today. Slow day so thought I’d post. In contrast to last year, when he was only winning with Trin Brook owned horses, this year he’s only winning with Guyana Rocky owned horses. And right now, they are going as good as I’ve ever seen.....for them, of course. Uriah already has a few W’s with them in 2018. The highlights are a $43 and $107 horse, as well as a handful of seconds and thirds highlighted by a a 70-1 that got nosed. Race 2 $20 Win #9 Miss Motivation 20-1 Speed fade last out with the chart notes saying “tired badly.” You don’t always see such a negative statement, so it almost seems the trainer asked them to put that in there so he can get a bigger price next out. Conspiracy Theory 101. Race 3 $20 Win #3 Discomania 20-1 As Jasson pointed out in another thread, trainer Randi Persaud swept the late double at Aqu the other day for none other than Guyana Rocky stables. With $138 and $46 horses! The latter bet down from 50-1. Double came back a paltry $450 for a buck. So in my estimation, the only way this Guyanese syndicate survives is by cashing bets when their horses are ready to run. The 3% Win percentage at $7500 claiming levels certainly don’t keep the lights on. Anyhow, here’s Uriah training for the suddenly hot Randi Persaud. You see recurring names and owners flip flopping horses in this incestuous group, which makes them hard to pin down. They’re always up to something, just gotta time it right.
