After yesterday's perceived speed/rail bias, I'm hoping more jockeys gun it early and the speed types to be over bet, at least early in the card. He's usually a 10 to 12 percent guy with some nice bombs mixed in. I've been waiting for this one to run on the Inner, where she's had her best efforts. Encouraged that Morrison keeps her in NY instead of finding softer spots elsewhere. Boxing w/#5 Foxy Posse and playing a DD 1,5/7. I mentioned earlier in meet to toss Levine with his high profile owners and back with the smaller outfits. That clicked yesterday at 3-1. $28 bet. Race 3 $20 WIN #7 Brolic 12-1 Ferraro off short rest so it's a must play for me. He's similar to Morrison in that they don't have a lot of horses so they disappear for months at a time. Friday Night Lights is a binge watchers Heaven. Great show. Even when it had every right to go south in Seasons 4 and 5, it delivered.

PS- make sure you buy the GROUND flaxseed. Whole flaxseed is near impossible to eat. Also buy the Metamucil from bjs/Costco/sams club etc. You can get a three month supply for about $28, and they offer $5 coupons pretty frequently. Much steeper in drug stores and groceries.

Depends on how big the cup is that you're using. I use one of those large Dunkin Donuts plastic go cups or a large Tervis hot/cold cup. I'll usually fill it slightly less than one quarter of that cup with juice. The Metamucil, sugar free or original, is very sweet so you don't need much juice.

Good luck. It worked for me. Lost 30 lbs in a year and lowered my cholesterol to healthy levels, without giving up alcohol. And I deviate slightly on weekends.
