nothing but winners
Let's say you deposit $100 and we give you $100 cash and $50 free play and you win $50 with that free play. Rollover would be $100 + $100 = $200 + 50 = 250 x 15 = $3,750While I don't agree with this practice. It seems either way we get fucked. If we lose free play money we still get charged for it. 500 deposit, get 500 cash bonus and 250 free play. Dont win anything on free play, seems that the rollover is still 500+ 500+250 x 15? If you make another deposit with say 100 dollars left on 1 st deposit, they should not be combined for rollover. That's insane. I know it is hard to separate, but it can be figured out, dont penalize the customer...... This exact thing has happened to me, sent a message but did not receive a reply. I was never told that because I had 100 dollars left from 1 st deposit, that my 2 and deposit would be added to1 st making my rollover so somewhere around 40000 dollars. They should be treated separate, i mean damn there was like 100 bucks left on 1 st deposit. Also someone should of said something before they let me deposit again. No one says anything,I ask about how much left on rollover, and that's when I find out. Sent a message back and got no reply. Bad way to do business, at least reply back to my question betmania. I'm sure I'll hear the " I was out of the office story". Its all good, many good banners up here at tgf. I'm a good loyal customer, but don't like how the whole rollover is handled here at betmania, and then to get no reply when I ask a legit question about it pissed me off a bit. Most other shops I play at do not use this method.

I replied to you with your rollover information even though this is not something that I handle not too long after you asked. Customer service provides this information and process payouts, when I say I am out of the office, I am out of the office, I can reply to threads from my phone however I do not have access to accounts from it, I's sorry you felt this way, we do our best to answer all requests in a prompt manner but e-mail is usually the best way to get a faster response. Just want to comment this so we are all on the same page... Whenever someone signs up for an account at Betmania, they agree to the terms and conditions of our company. This means or at least I would hope that the person has taken the time to read the rules and agrees with them when signing up. If you click on the house rules, followed by bonus rules (http://www.betmania.ag/bonus-and-promotion-rule) you will find this: In the event that a customer funds his account while still having a balance from a previous deposit where a bonus was bestowed, the client must then finish all rollover and holding periods that is required by each of these deposits before a withdrawal can be handled. This has been a subject of discussion in the forum multiple times, everyone knows rollovers accumulate. I just read your response after I gave you the rollover and wanted to reply here first. I will communicate with you on a private message once I double check your account and rollovers. BTW if you lose your free play, then the rollover is based only on deposit + cash bonus. Thanks again for your feedback. I will be in touch with you soon.
nothing but winners
The formula for the rollover calculation for cash bonuses will be as follows: The original deposit added to the transfer fees (when applicable) plus the cash bonus multiplied by the specified rollover requirement of the bonus Casino Bonuses is non-cashable unless otherwise specified in the promotion. Don't see anything about free plays here when getting a cash bonus. Since you quoted your site, I also did.
nothing but winners
I have no problem finishing the rollovers, the problem I have is they were combined. Leave them separate. I mean 1 had around 100 bucks left .. Had I known I would of waited till I lost the last 100. This has to be common sense. No one would re deposit if they knew that rule. Its obvious I didn't know.. vegaseagles
i usually dont take bonuses for this reason..15x my initial deposit is good enough..but to try to double that risk is sometimes too risky for cashing out although the books know this which is the reason for such a high rollover..i understand they arent going to give you anything without there being a risk

Downsouth
Most books will waive the rollover on deposit if you've busted most of it and want to deposit again.
