It's a hell of a lot better than it was in the twilight years of the Sahara. Just seems like a tough location to survive in. There's nothing around there. The ones still making lots of money are those with Macau exposure, but even Macau is drastically slowing down now. Room rates in Vegas are lower than in 2007 and the number of visitors are at a peak. What will happen if there is another downturn? Their big problem was cutting room rates bigtime in the recession to survive and are now stuck with a lower spending crowd.
