Ezekiel English muffin with 2 tbsp of all natural nut butter 3rd. At 1:30 5 ounce New York strip and 2 cups of grille zucchini. 4th. Will grill 6 ounces of chicken and have 2 cups of melon 5th will be my cheat meal for the week. But usually 5.5 ounces of protein.
