On my 2nd meal now.

1st a banana and 3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt

 

2nd. Protein shake. Ezekiel English muffin with 2 tbsp of all natural nut butter

 

3rd. At 1:30 5 ounce New York strip and 2 cups of grille zucchini.

 

4th. Will grill 6 ounces of chicken and have 2 cups of melon

 

5th will be my cheat meal for the week. But usually 5.5 ounces of protein. Whatever veggie I feel like.

 

6th protein shake with a banana and 2 tbsp of good fat. ( nut butter)

Awesome you are sticking to it........Good job, next time you come down you may be able to hit the gym with me....
