We follow each other but I don't audit his picks. He seems, at least, not to be a tout. But--and I'm not saying this is true of Jet--twitter records can be cheated on by deleting tweets. For example I just noticed, on Jet's feed, that he had retweeted a tweet from someone called squarewins, which squarewins later deleted. I don't know what the tweet was about. But it's proof that squarewins deletes tweets, which makes his twitter worthless. Also of course there's the problem of stale or make-believe lines, half-point buys with no accounting for it in the record, mixing MLB w/l with other sports, etc. IOW, the usual shit.
