Sol Aristatel
Print off multiple players cards. Stick them in higher dollar slots/VP machines across the casinos. Unsuspecting patrons play on your card. You sit back and count up your comps. ?

Sol Aristatel
Yeah like the software won't catch it when the card is receiving points at multiple machines at the same time. Most casinos let you play on 2 cards at a time. Just because you put 10 in a casino, does not mean 10 people are going to sit down at the same time and play them... You believe they didn't think of these things long before you did? Or have already had this attempted by other players? They have the bases covered. Your scheme is unsophisticated and has zero chance of working.

Bfo
Used to be an effective tactic but not so much now. Even the tourists pretty much all have cards now. I've also seen slot techs take cards out of machines if no ones playing and set them on top of the bank.
FISHHEAD
Ironically, this topic came up lastnight at the watering hole. Many casinos have their slot card timeout after a few minutes if not played. Plommer, advantage gamblers have many ways of outsmarting the casinos, most completely legit, a few not. FISHHEAD
For most savvy machine AP's, the tactic you mentioned here Diabler is rarely something they would do, need to do, or consider. Personally, always try to have two cards on me at the casino playing, if the person next to me is playing without a card, can ask them to use my card. The vast majority of casinos have no issues if someone it's a signer while playing someone else's slot card.
FISHHEAD
Have mentioned this story before, apparrently inadvertantly left my card in a machine at the RailroadPass in the mid 90's...........58,000 pts were racked up which was equilavent to over $1600 in cashback, in addition to enough food comps for 40+ visits to the steakhouse. :)

FISHHEAD
LOLOL Only ask if strike up a semi-friendly conversation beforehand........most times not worth much and don't even bother.
Teddy kgb
It's an old trick Diabs .....I seen it when I was in laughlin like 10yrs ago, I walked up to a machine and there was a card in it and when the bar lady walked past I told her somebody had left their card behind and she then explained the scheme... I left it in and played but if somebody (Fish) asked me to do it that's a whole nother story.....guy staring at my machine as I play, I'm nervous to get up and leave, playing max to help the guy out....that's bush league Fish.. FISHHEAD
As stated, only do on rare, rare occasions......and only sitting by the person for an extended length of time(minimum 30 minutes) and they strike up conversation with me firat( never speak to anyone first when playing unless it's a great looking female)..........if all the criteria fits above, will ask them why they're not using a card, then will say, here, play on mine.........again this scenario probably occurs only 2-3 times a year, and then, they rack up few points, so not worth much, probably shouldn't even ask, you're right. JAKEPEAVY21
the wife of one of my buddies works at the MGM and said one of her co workers did that awhile back and racked up a shitload of points for awhile...then the casino finally got wise and he got the boot
FISHHEAD
Precisely, rack up enough points on my own that the risks of doing many of the semi-questionable moves outweigh the rewards.

FISHHEAD
The thing couples should decide upon is rather to use one of the others card at all times, or use separate cards.......different casinos and different situations should dictate what strategy to imply. He is testing you as a potential member of the INNER CIRCLE. Do your wife, brother, friends have cards? Maybe the casino would be interested in a regular visitor that doesn't play much. Maybe the casino would send them some good mailers to try to get them to come back and play more next time. The Harrahs/Caesars empire was built on the concept of identifying low/medium rollers that could be turned into repeat customers with some good offers. Of course they are bankrupt now so maybe it wasn't such a good idea.
milwaukee mike
in 1982 molony (owning mahoney) stole 10 million and lost it at caesars in 2007 watanabe lost $127 million at harrah's properties... and yet they still managed to go bankrupt
