Sure. Need to get motivated before work gets heavy in a month. Scale says 178, that's where I was in Feb when I wasn't drinking and was working out. no way I haven't gained atleast 15 lbs.

 

Water weight could have a little to do with it.  Not 15 pounds worth though.  

 

2-5 pounds can be from dehydration.  Thats why I always weigh myself a couple of days after I stop drinking to get an accurate number.

not that I'm advocating drinking diet soda, but aside from the diet sodas you can buy in stores, the best way is really to buy sodastream and get flavors. You can get seltzer flavors or soda flavors (almost all the soda flavors are artificially sweetened).

 

Make it yourself. Cheaper and you don't have to lug bottles/cans to and from the store.
