You can rent a permanent spot at the facility (ranging sized subdivisions within a enormous kitchen). Or you can rent by the hour/day or whatever. You can even "rent" line cooks,'sous chefs, bakers , etc for whatever you're doing. Yeah also have canning and bottling areas as well as deep freezers , etc. its basically a full service place to take whatever idea you have for food product and having it turned into something you can sell commercially. They also host tasting events were are usually free or really cheap. Can even stop in for coffee that's roasted there and bakery items made there for a quick breakfast.
