Bucky
I am thinking 2 years or so. But, I think he is a good coach and has been good for Iowa. The schools you mentioned do not have room for good coaches - they want the superstar - the one with lightning in a bottle that can win a national championship. He is a lot better off where he is at and I am sure he knows it.

tripp
People continuously rip this guy and all he does is overachieve almost every year The guy coaches at Iowa. I can't imagine a less exciting place to go to school, esp as a high end athlete. Would be a little easier to recruit kids coaching at Florida, Georgia or LSU

WeinkeToWarrick
Tripp you're clueless. Iowa has elite academics, outstanding facilities, and actually a pretty rich history. And some awesome coeds and campus life. Is it the South? Hell no. But Ferentz should be able to pull the #30 recruiting class every year and at least win the big 10 once ever 6-7 years for the money he's getting paid. He's better than what Iowa state has come up with, but Iowa fans are more patient than most
