should we rename streets that were named after Confederate generals?

Big discussion here in Hollywood Florida concerning renaming streets that were named after civil war people.  The 3 streets in question are Forrest, Lee, and Hood streets.  I never even realized they were named after confederate generals.

What do you think?  Should we be renaming streets across the country that could be insulting to some?  Where do we draw the line?  Will streets named after Trump be renamed after he leaves office?

Putnam county Ohio has a great system for county roads.

They use letters of alphabet for east west roads

they use numbers for north south roads

So an address would be A18

very easy to fund your away around

We have a Robert E Lee St about 2 miles south of us. Libtards and Snowflakes are on the war path to get it changed.

The Canadian national anthem was recently revised thanks to feminist snowflakes.

Parliament voted to make national anthem lyrics gender neutral - the English version of O Canada was changed to remove the words “in all thy sons command” and replace them with “in all of us command…”

Just modify the street names to something less odious.

Forrest to 'Sherwood Forrest'

Lee to "Bruce Lee"

Hood to 'Fort Hood'

Streets have been named for little donnie?

All depends on how he leaves...

Lee fine.

Forrest not fine.

Hood. Might as well change it to Sherman. Florida likes winners.

Theres lots of war heroes. Dont need to name shit after ancient dudes that lost.

Agree about Forrest, not sure how that one has lasted this long. Nothing the matter with Lee at all.

Where does it stop though? Should the college of Washington & Lee have to change its name? What about Duke University, nothing to do with David Duke, but hell it might offend somebody.

How about if evidence comes out that MLK aided and abetted communists during the Cold War? I guess we then need to change the 50,000 MLK Blvd's in this country.

If you bow down to radicals on every little thing like this it will never stop. They will keep pushing their agenda further and further until we are a country of nothing but pussies.

Too late it's already happening.....it's mind boggling that Ann and Milo can't speak at a college where a good pct of the students want to hear them because of the snowflakes who don't agree.....the whole time it never happens the other way...

Who says it has to stop? Depends on how hard people are willing to fight. And they aren't going to fight these real hard.
