Been a battle at times and found that writing about it is therapeutic. Sometimes when I get urges I go into character to feel the desperation and pain. What about better exercise? Are you ripped, but don't want to fall of the fitness train, so you have a character for that? Who am I, but it's better to be straight forward. There are bars in the casino, so I guess technically was posting from the bar. On my days off, probably at Starbucks or the Public Library or Catalina's house while she cooked dinner.
