Seems kinda high, but I do know that most people who have affairs have them with a co-worker (I think it's like 65% of the time).  Which makes sense... if they're seeing that person 8+ hours a day.

I guess this depends on the definition of "boss." If someone is under direct supervision with a 1-to-1 relationship, it might be the case. If it is just supervisor, it is way overstated.
