I don’t cook much, but if I need a spice I’ll buy it and then it will be in the cupboardforever. After what period of time do I really need to throw them out? Like I said I don’t cook much, and ones that I need I buy new, but I just haven’t thrown out the ones that are up in this Cupboard that Mom had her spices in. I don’t know if any are actually 10 years old , but I guess it would be a good time to go through that cupboard and throw the expired ones out. I’ll let you know with the oldest one is.
