Sharp Square Posted January 4, 2019 Report Share Posted January 4, 2019 Getting closer to weekend but if you guys wanna get it going perhaps a format such as this (mimics the Pick 7 contest): 22 Plays (Sides and Totals): 1st round of NFL playoffs (Jan 5-6): 8 plays (Two x2 best bets)2nt round of NFL playoffs (Jan 12-13): 8 plays (Two x2 best bets)3rd round of NFL playoffs (Jan 20): 4 plays (One x2 best bet)Superbowl: 2 plays (One 4x best bet) Players will receive 1 Point for a regular winning selection and 2/4 Points for a winning Top Play selection. All ties will be awarded Half value (.5 for reg play and 1/2 pt for top play) with a loss equaling 0. If a player fails to designate a play as his 2x best bet once all seven plays have been made they will all be graded as 1x plays. Losing that weeks 2x play opportunity. Once plays are posted they are official. Sides/Totals only. No alt lines and cannot play both sides of a game. You are allowed to play both the side and total in the same game. ALL Plays will be made using lines from HRWager! ( Link: http://www.hrwager.ag/sportsbook ) Any active line at HRWager at the time of the post may be used regardless of juice since the contest is scored by points per win and not units. Can always modify it some depending on what everyone prefers. Just a basic outline which may help get it going some since the time frame is shrinking with it being Friday. Cost is $???? to enter, with first getting 75%, second getting 25%. Here's how it works:Pick your team from the teams that are in the NFL playoffs. Your team will be one starting lineup - QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, K, D.Your point total in the competition will be the total your team earns throughout the playoffs, including the Super Bowl. I will do the tabulation after each week.After your QB's team gets knocked out, you won't earn QB points in future weeks. Same for all positions - predict accordingly.Keep in mind that the wildcard round might provide an additional week of scoring for some players.Yes, the same players will be picked by multiple teams in many cases.Here is the twist: you can pick at most one player from each team. Your team will consist of 8 players from 8 different teams.The tiebreaker is the total number of points scored in the Super Bowl. Please provide your guess along with your team roster.
