Sat there for 3 or 4 minutes waiting for that stupid globe to stop spinning to say my transaction would be eventually approved. Nothing happened, so I hit the close button, Now because they can't handle the volume, they close down their 'customer service' and wagering an hour before the first game starts. I check my account several hours later and the money is debited from my bank account but not credited to my dsi account. They say a third party is responsible because they nor I have the money. However they are not out anything because the deposit on their end was rejected. They tell me on Monday that it takes about 24 hours to get a response from the credit card company, as this case is escalated to the highest authority. I call them back this morning and they say they are still awaiting a response. They are so full of shit. Their reputation is absolutely horrible and the place went down the shitter since they updated their website. It's nonsense that they need to have a retro book for cash transactions and a sportbook for only bonuses. Learned my lesson and once this issue is resolved I go back to boommaker on a dime.
