Hoops Posted February 15, 2019 Report Share Posted February 15, 2019 Hoops will be buff by the end of the summer Here was my routine last night: 8 sets of 10 bench press (Lower weight) 10 seconds rest between each set 10 sets of 12 flys laying down (same method as above) 15 reps of dual cables (down to up) and 20 pushups did this 4 sets 15 reps of incline press followed by a set of 10 on each side isolated flys: 4 sets My chest is fried but I’m motivated to keep this up...
