There is no hint of that involving Kraft or any of the other men caught. These are misdemeanor solicitation charges, the whole thing is a publicity stunt by the local cops. Kraft didn't even have sex with them from the reports so far, a hand job and oral from a willing old asian hag is hardly a serious charge.
