I do love me some Scottie Verlander. He will be one of the only pitchers who I will take 5 inning lines on I will just make it 2 plays in all for today, the 5 inning play and the Boston play Yea no prob! DO NOT use a line that is inaccurate at the time of your post. If it happens that play will be graded as a loss and will count as 1 of the 200 total. No exceptions. To cover this before it becomes an issue if teams listed Starting Pitcher is scratched for whatever reason you will be allowed to post a substitute play. So in case of a SPing change, you can post a replacement play for that day if you choose to if you do not the original play will be graded regardless of the change as plays cannot be removed or voided once posted and are all graded as "action". so if I post a total with Cy Young vs Cy Old and the total is 6 but they have pitching changes to Gas Can vs Dead arm and the total is now 11, I get my bet at 6? Or if I bet a side at -110 and a pitching change is made and it is now -180 what happens? totals, rl, and 1st 5's should be no action in my opinion, but if not, we need a clear ruling on this stuff Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If there is a SPing scratch then you have the option to make another play for that day if you do not the play will count as posted at the line it was posted at. po69 Posted March 29, 2019 Report Share Posted March 29, 2019 I am DEFINITELY not a friend of tomorrowsnewspaper, But he has a point here. AT LEAST with totals, you have to use listed pitchers. I mean that is the first rule for totals. Also, for 5 inning lines, BOTH pitchers have to be listed. I am ok either way, but maybe he and IAG will play if we at least use regulation rules for baseball betting. I know that it is a pain for grading, but to be honest after about 7 weeks, you really wont have to grade some peoples plays because they will be virtually eliminated. Totals and 1st Five wagers will be according to listed SPers if a change/scratch occurs the plays will be considered no action. As for sides if you want your play to be graded according to the listed SPer then add the SPer to your play in the post if he scratches then play is no action if your play is posted without the SPer listed it will be graded accordingly. Sharp Square Posted March 29, 2019 Author Report Share Posted March 29, 2019 If you guys want to go the PPH route because it makes that big of a difference as to ease of playing I have no problem and completely understand. I am working with what I have access to personally here and I don't have any of the PPH connections as boat did to make that happen. So someone else can step in here who may be able to get that accomplished and move this forward in that direction since I, unfortunately, cannot.
