ChiTownJoe
Do they give pts for VIDEO POKER play on card? Just curious because I was playing some DDB on Sunday night (about 1 hr at 3.75 per draw) and looked Monday and there were no pts on my card. Go to the B-Connected desk and lady says you have to play for 3 or > hrs for pts / rating --- she said slots show up right away but video poker is handled differently. Never heard of such a thing. No pts on card for 1 hr of play.
MonkeyF0cker
Points for video poker are added immediately in Vegas casinos. You should be able to see the points you've earned while playing - either on the video poker screen or on the players club card reader screen. Brayden11
VP is typically all I play and never had a problem with it unless something changed this year. 3/4 hours each trip usually got me a couple comped nights.
mikeman
Boyds changed their card rules drastically for the worse last year, If you are Ruby, you earn no points, ever, until you reach the next level(saphire?) So until you reach 750 tier credits(which are not the same as points), you'll get shit. They also steal all your points if you dont use your card for a year, also at VP it's hard to earn tier points, i think I heard you would have to put in some ridiculous amount of play like $75K coin in, to reach the next level. I'm going to vegas in may and plan on using every point i still have(on food), unless if you're just casino hopping, there's no reason to give them much action anymore. ChiTownJoe
Just looked online, they've got some TIERS & PTS, but you don't start earning PTS until move to 2nd TIER ? So looks like if you just join, you don't earn PTS until reaching 2nd level - Sapphire https://www.bconnectedonline.com/b-connected-online

Kind of nuts that if you are new to the program you don't earn shit until reaching the next level. So maybe the lady was right, I'd had to play 3-4 hrs before seeing anything on card. Kind of BS, had an offer for 2 free nights so took them up on it. Go and look at KIOSK and no pts, but around 200 tier credits. So needed to play another 3 hrs before earning anything. WTF? At slots you would earn tier credits faster, but at VP it's very slow, and the better the VP, the slower you earn them. if you play quarters like I do($1.25 per hand), it'll take forever, dollar players could get there sooner, but why should you earn nothing for days of action? Exactly, guess if you are already established it is fine. To me they are telling anyone who is a new player, play somewhere else. I'll stick with the Stations properties.....GVR and Red Rock

No pts on card for 1 hr of play.I know it’s not very good. My boss plays that exclusively while his wife plays slots - she gets much more in cars perks (blue chip in Mich City). He’s always complaining about how they cut his perks.

FISHHEAD
Didn't they limit it to non locals? Or maybe it was only locals and then they changed it back? They tweaked with the rules in the later stages on a few different fronts. SUNCOAST, SAMS TOWN, MSS, and the FREMONT were the big four Boyd properties attacked as they provided the most 30x point swipes...………...the other properties were sketchy.
