OWEN
Zack, had an interest in apex sportsbook that closed in 2004, but has settle all claims, and were documented by SBR sbr posted 11.05.2011 Bet33 has taken care of old Apex debts that it argues were recorded after ownership departed the now defunct sportsbook. On April 26th, SBR reported that Bet33 paid an Apex player with a six-year old payment claim. Bet33 has not had a meaningful dispute submitted against them in the past six months - the most recent news was a player confirming a $3,000 payment in June of this year. sbr posted 06.28.2011 Bet33 was recently removed from SBR's sportsbook blacklist after settling player debt which originated from Apex Sportsbook in 2005. Over past 10 years has bailed out many posters, from failed sportsbooks, including recent ones like synbet, alliance and betislands.
Advantage_Gambler
Thank you. Here's more from SBR Apex owner Robbie McPhail used players stolen funds to finance Bet33, thus Bet33 remains on the SBR sportsbook blacklist. Bet33 paid a player $3,000 in November of 2009 that reported to SBR he had been stiffed by Apex five years prior. This is not the first time Robbie has tried to impersonate and capitalize on the reputation of other sportsbooks. apex owner, Robbie (AKA Zach), is operating legendsportsbook.com which has attracted bettors looking for the real Legendz (SBR rating A+). Advantage_Gambler
It appears stolen funds started Bet33 then on to AmericasBookie. Its just good for everyone to have transparence when players are sending their money off to someone.

rito
I'd guess hundreds of people that don't know about sbr were stiffed, but hey since they don't post to gambling forums lets pretend they don't exist.

Advantage_Gambler
Owen, Robbie or Zack or whomever name he uses is a thief. He got lucky with Bet33 and made restitution to some people he stole from, he is still a thief. Dont forget he used their stolen money to start Bet33 so he should payback the original sum plus interest or dividends from Bet33 profits to them. Did he? boat went on and on about deemer's lack of moral judgement yet will lie for Zack and promote him and his sportsbook. Crazy shit going on here.
