OWEN Posted March 5, 2015 Report Share Posted March 5, 2015 When I lived in Columbus, They shut down lane ave for Football games, I lived in Riverwatch tower, They put a boot on my car for being in the parking lot during game day.....lol it was $160....I lived there!!!!
