Brock couldnt afford chipotle, one of the more expensive fast casual chains. They have done an outstanding job of positioning themselves in such a manor that it allows them to charge double what a burger place does and deliver product that cost less to produce. A menu that makes it really hard for the employee to fuck up your order, you basically choose what meat you want and whether you want it in a burrito , taco, quesidilla , or open face burrito.
