I asked and the limit on the FCS game between Sacred Heart and Maine tonight was $3000

Guess I won't be firing any limit bets there

Having laughably small limits is one thing, but allowing 3 dimes on those games is another. They are either really stupid and in for a rude awakening or just incredibly naive. Going to speculate that will change quickly, they are going to get all one sided action on the sharp side consistently.

I went up to the window to bet today and I gave the girl the rotation number and she asked me what that was. Then the suit came up and said they don't use rotation numbers. Wait until college basketball Saturday's your going to wish you had them. It's both an equally painfully slow process with with feeding 100's into the machine or dealing with inexperienced ticket writers. Took me 5 minutes to make 2 bets at the window.

If they have that limit on the FCS totals Saturday I might strap on the big boy paints and take a shot.

Hopefully they don’t do what Delaware did and turn off all the TV’s at the start of the 4th quarter of the NBA Finals because it was technically closing time. I don’t see what’s so hard about properly training their personnel, not using rotation numbers isn’t feasible and is going to result in fights in line when these writers are fumbling to look for teams while games are tipping off.

Rotation #'s will soon be a thing of the past, bm/pin don't even list them anymore and in 3 years you probably won't even be able to bet college basketball anywhere

I know that is annoying

fukkin clowns

maybe they think its slows the syndicates down when they're slamming in bets

but stupid not to have them

Online I can put bets in faster w/o rotation numbers. In person I can’t imagine trying to bet something like tennis without rotation numbers.

Exactly they’re going to get curb stomped by some sharps offering 3k on some whoreshit fcs game

Back at it today

First in line to fire when they open at 9am

After getting sit up online at Grand Falls early today I checked out the book at THE BARN tonight.  First time I can recall seeing a book without an odds board and they won't give a printout at the counter (rule in Iowa?  Harrah's and Ameristar in Council Bluffs both failed at this as well...) forcing you to skim odds at a kiosk without rotation numbers.

From my quick rundown today odds in major sports seemed very vanilla (pinnacle + juice?) although I did catch Chargers ML at -160.  Ended up in Southern Minnsota for the night so will investigate more in the morning.

This was my experience with the Fanduel sportsbook last weekend. The ticket writer kept asking me if i wanted ML or spread on the AZ-Balt total. There was no board showing the lines like in Vegas, so you walk up with no idea what price they have on anything. I’m using the kiosks from now on.
