They are a local in CR using a pph type operation. these low limits are a risk aversion technique. First of all your limits had been lowered to $100 because you had won a contest freeplay while having a 0 balance so we adjusted the wagering limits accordingly. Had you pm'ed or emailed me I would have been happy to give you $200 limits but if you don't want to play here I will return the deposit minus the fees IF you haven't placed any bets yet.
