Seanie Mac
Grilled chicken breast, sautéed mushrooms and spinach, brown rice 1 can of tuna, kindney beans, chopped pickles, very small cubed sharp cheese, place all of in it a bowl, drizzle with olive oil Grilled fish filets/steak are really great too with a vegetable and baked potato With smoothies always add Greek Yogurt, and if you want you can crush up B-Complex pills and put them in as well Drink a lot of water, at least 1 gallon a day. During meals drink milk. Stay away from sugars, especially soda. Carbs aren't terrible in moderation. No fast food, no fried food. Eat peanuts and almonds. Seanie Mac
I'm eating like 75g of protein a day right now, would be easier to just go get whey protein though

Guest ChrisHarvard
All you need is veggies bro. Don't bother making it yourself, it was taste like crap. You get on this stuff you will feel a whole lot better. Just mix it with your favorite juice.
