Prebiotic Fiber Supplement and Dr. Tobias Probiotics. Very good. Keeps your gut healthy. You have to put good bacteria in your gut to fight all the bad stuff.

 

Then you have the Estrogen Balancer. It has Diindolylmethane (which is basically the stuff found in Broccoli and Kale) and Grape Seed Extract. It keeps your estrogen in check. Imbalanced estrogen can lead to bloating, body fat increase, poor workout performance and loss of libido... among other things.

 

Then you have the Natural Testosterone Booster. This only works on some men and not everyone. Some of the ingredients in this one are: Niacin, Zinc, Fenugreek, Whey Protein, DHEA, Boron, Tribulus terrestrial, Tongkat, Maca Root.

 

Ashwagandha. Helps manage stress and anxiety levels by reducing cortisol levels. It several studies it also showed to reduce blood sugar levels.
