Pedestrians have the right of way in Wisconsin no matter what though. In Nevada, if you're not in a crosswalk and get hit, it's not the driver's fault. I can't remember the last time I was even in a position to jaywalk. I don't walk down the city streets here very often. I was going down a busy street that has two lanes of traffic. It was stopped for 10 minutes.... Figured a car was stuck. Nope some black feller was doing snow angels in the middle of the street stopping all traffic both ways with his crew. I’ve seen 8-10 get dropped off to get the good candy as EBT cards are dry when 10/31 comes around. Only times I’ve ever seen adults trick or treating. And no, adults don’t get candy from me.
