I would say Herbie gets a redo for the duplicate pick but two losses for the “both sides” since that’s very clearly a rules violation and not just a typo-type mistake. Just my two cents. I also think a 2 loss penalty is too extreme, especially since its herbie and not a shot taker. Worst case is a 1 loss penalty and re-do of other pick. Downsouth will come in and make a ruling and that will be what happens. I will adjust the above post and #s accordingly. Shot taker or not your only as good as your last bet.....I personally think her is is a great guy, but that is besides the point, he played 2 different sides of the same game if i am reading things correctly.....Its plain and simple a double loss, letting him go 1-1 is no penalty, and letting him repack is no penalty.....the games where he picked the same team 1st half and full game, should be graded as 1 winner and 1 loser... Shit i could do this all week, pick teams go 6-6 and then get more plays because I made a honest mistake....once again there isnt another way to rule on this..... Uncle Tedddy is a drunk and cant scrape 2 nickels together at most points during the month. He isnt running this pool, and Moore importantly wasn’t here when it started had to buy-in from IAG at a reduced rate. Broke ass half Mexican bitch he is..... nothing but winners Posted January 31, 2020 Report Share Posted January 31, 2020 Also it is kind of hard to put DS on the spot here......he is making a run for the money, and if he rules against Herbie some will say that is why..........Tough spot for DS to be in, but there really isnt another way to rule the playing both sides of the game..... playing the same team booth halfs is a little different, depending on how many times it happened, once ? Twice? Then if all2 or 4 won he should get credit for 1 or 2 winners and repack the others that won only....... just my opinion which means a little more then uncle Tedddys but not by much.....
