Never once seen anyone take a chair to a slot machine. And if there was someone that did it, security would be all over them. They surely wouldn't have enough time to smash more than one and knock them over. I could see it happening at a dumpy little Dotty's or Wildfire though.I'm saying is it really the craziest thing you've ever seen though? Look at YouTube type in casino freakouts there are hundreds of those videos of guys fucking up slot machines. I agree on the security part obv. I was at Hustler maybe 10 years ago when a guy pulled up his shirt to reveal a gun to opponent and dealer after a hand he lost. Saw a blackjack dealer and player fight outside of ameristar in Blackhawk. Guy attempted to jump on poker table at the Venetian back when they had big games. Drunk didnt make it and knocked over everyone's chips and when security arrived they discovered he had pissed in his chair. Guy choked out another in the hall of wsop on dinner break. People just walking past unconscious dude for a minute thinking he was napping. Saw lady slapping hubby around at Bellagio for playing craps with some girl. Security didnt seem quick there. I spend I guess 1200 hours on average a year in a casino. Chair/machine didnt seem crazy to meWasnt there but crips and bloods fighting in commerce then shooting at each other in parking lot. One night asked for a comp to nicest suite he could get with points. Said goodbye to everyone in poker room, shook all of the regs hands and went upstairs and same thing. Poster Dogballs runner bet with Dogs money and lost it all, upwards of 50k, took a shot and it didn’t work out....blew his brains out that day. I think footage is online still.I've seen a lot of crazy stuff but it was almost always outside of the casino. Seeing someone smash a slot machine is pretty rare. It happens in Vegas sometimes. I've seen a couple of smashed screens before but singletons and not an entire row. Never seen it happen in person. One of Billy Walter's runners used to work at Binion's way back in the day. He has a ton of crazy casino stories. Things were a little looser when the gangsters ran things. Told him he should write a book someday.
