kovacsbar Posted April 15, 2020 Report Share Posted April 15, 2020 every house in the vegas area is worth 40% less than it was a month ago, people just don't realize it yet wait 6 months for all the foreclosures to hit like they did back in 2009-2012I'm thinking 6 months after RTW, after the "sugar high" passes.
