Jimmy Hoffa
A California injured worker is entitled to receive two-thirds of his pretax gross wages, as set by state law, up to the maximum allowable. In 2018, the maximum rate is $1,215.27 per week for a total disability, while the minimum paid is $182.

Teddy kgb
This one might be important.... I have a 11:15 appointment today to meet with the doctor and give him the reference # along with a check up I guess... Anything I should say or do....or not say or not do?
Boatboatboat
I wouldnt mention your goal is to be on disability for a year. Transition to unemployment, while "self healing" at home.
Jimmy Hoffa
I can't answer all that. Call one of those lawyers on the channel 13 commercials. But find a reputable one. Not of of those "se habla espanol " places. Find a lawyer that will have his own doctor performing your exams. You need a Doctor Yes guy.
