I'm 63 years old 6'1'' 170 lbs. When I graduated high school I was 165. I was a very good athlete. I am not fat but I am still an out of shape piece of shit. If I was fat I would be in a wheelchair because of arthritis in my hips. I am amazed by some of the loads that fat people can carry around.

I hear you, I was military by age 16 so being in shape has been in the forefront for me.

I was doing some work in hospitals a few years ago and I got to know the hip surgery guys pretty well. They all said the same thing, "Wait as long as you can because it just keeps getting better and better". I am probably real close to making the move because being a crip sucks.
